Team Rules:

  • Students must register in a team of 2.
  • Students cannot form cross-specialization teams.
  • One participant cannot be a member of more than one team.
  • A team should consist of team members of the same campus.
  • There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute.
  • Any deviation from the above will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team.

Competition Structure:

Executive Summary and Resume Submission:

  • All the registered teams will deep dive into their specific case study.
  • The teams will be required to submit a 1-slider PPT describing their solution to the given problem statement.
  • The teams will also submit their resumes along with their solution.

Virtual Presentation Rounds:

  • The shortlisted teams from round 1 will work on a detailed presentation of their solution and submit the same in a video of 3-5 minutes.
  • They will get an opportunity to present their solutions in front of VIP Bags senior leadership.
  • The videos should be in .MP4 format and should not exceed 15 MB in size. You can convert and compress your videos at https://www.ps2pdf.com/compress-mp4

Interviews:

  • The shortlisted participants from each track will be interviewed by VIP Bags Panel for their specific job roles.

Prizes and Rewards:

  • Winning team will win INR 25,000 along with a PPI from VIP Bags.
  • The First Runner-up team will win INR 15,000 along with a PPI from VIP Bags.
  • The Second Runner-up team will win INR 10,000 along with a PPI from VIP Bags.
  • The Top 20 teams will win an interview opportunity from VIP Bags.
