Elimination Quiz on Decision Making
Participants would be evaluated based on their practical decision-making skills given in different situations. The round is designed with small cases with multiple choice solutions to track participants' understanding of business, leadership, and management.4 Twenty questions are to be answered within 40 minutes. Unless responding to a question, participants cannot move to the next question.
Case Study Submission Round
This round opens a room for selected students to channel their approach towards a specific corporate problem and cater to the feasible solution. This round is likewise an elimination phase, with few groups advancing to the finals. The submission must be in the form of a One-Slider PowerPoint presentation. We encourage the teams to put their creative and innovative ideas in a single slide and cover as many aspects as possible. (Naming convention - Team Name)
Case Study Presentation Round
The selected teams from Round 2 will participate in the Virtual Final Presentation, presenting their submitted one-slider power point presentation to a panel of judges. The event's judges will choose the winners based on their case study methodology, solution, and presenting abilities. The presentation will be designed within 10 minutes: 7 minutes to present and 3 minutes for a Q&A session. The details of the virtual platform will be communicated accordingly.

Ashlesha is a corporate decision-making and case study competition designed by Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management, Nashik, under its flagship event Drishti specially designed to test the students' ability in their problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills under real-life scenarios. The teams need to apply their technical and managerial skills to frame/reach the solution of the problem statements.
Ashlesha introduces a new viewpoint and a plethora of potential and existing and emerging obstacles in this field. The key to success is a combination of efficient and effective thinking capabilities.

Guidelines:
- This competition is open to only full-time MBA students from B-Schools.
- The organizers retain the right to verify the legitimacy of the registration information supplied at any moment.
- Any deviation from the above will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team.
- There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute. The organizing committee's decision will be final in case of an issue/tie/discrepancy.
Rules:
- Number of members in a team: 1-2
- All the members of a team should be from the same college
- Replacement of any member is not allowed after registration
- A student cannot be a part of more than one team for the same competition
