Mini Simulation Game
Participant operates as a logistics consultant for the 4PL company in the market. Participant needs to send the goods of multiple clients from one point to another point while managing the inbound as well as outbound logistics. The participant's final goal would be to minimize logistics costs while fulfilling TAT. Top 20 teams will be selected for the next round.
Simulation Game Finale
Each qualified team will play an online simulation on an external platform where they shall play some business role in a company and has to take variety of decisions during the game. The game will test the team's business strategy, conflict management skills & will allow to make decisions in risk free environment and team working skills. Further details will be shared on to registered email ids before the start of final round.

Byzantine, the ultimate simulation game brings you the opportunity to experience the role of a project manager in managing significant project functions and making critical decisions in the virtual arena replicating the real-world ecosystem.
Byzantine is a 2-round competition hosted under the Parakram'24 festival organized by Opmac -Operations Club, IIM Bangalore in collaboration with IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Calcutta, and IIM Lucknow where we test your mettle and agility in project management.
