C-Suite: The Ultimate Business Simulation: Stages and Timelines
Round 1: Qualifying Simulation Game
Participate in a simulation game as a team of 2. Details regarding the simulation will be sent to the registered teams along with a demo version. Round 1 will have 2 years of game play i.e. approx. 3.5-4 hours. The team can log in/ log off multiple times during the round to complete the simulation.
Round 2: The Finals
Top 10 teams get to play an upgraded version of the simulation which will test their ultimate multi-domain wits!

In any organization, CXOs play a significant role in shaping the organization’s future growth. It takes a real mastermind to design critical solutions to stay ahead of competitors. IIM Bangalore’s International Business Summit Vista 2021, in association with Focal, presents C-Suite, supported by Biz Games. Enter a virtual world of reality, as your team battles with other CXOs in the areas of marketing, operations, finance, and human resources. Remember! Profitability alone won’t help you win. Be mindful of additional objectives as you create strategic plans and negotiate for budgets to outperform competitors.
Round 1: Qualifiers-
- The registered teams will be provided with a demo version and tutorial.
- The teams will get a chance to run a virtual enterprise and take decisions in the domains of Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations.
- Teams may log in/log out multiple times over the course of Round 1.
Round 2: Finals-
- The top 10 teams from Round 1 will qualify for Round 2, which will be held during Vista.
Rules:
- A team should comprise of 2 members, all of whom must be enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program at the time of the event.
- All participants must belong to the same institute.
- An institute can have any number of teams participating. However, if a team member is found participating as a part of more than one team, all such teams shall be disqualified.
- All rounds will be conducted through the simulation game.
- Exact details of the game will be provided only to the registered teams after the registration deadline.
The participants must carefully read through and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
- All decisions in matters of eligibility, authenticity, and final judgments will be with the organizing committee of Vista, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
- The format and structure of events on campus could be subject to change before the actual beginning of the event.
- The decisions of the organizers will be final and binding on all participants.
