Case Study
Teams that clear Round 1 will get access to the case study along with instructions for submissions. The submissions need to be in PPT format in not more than ten slides inclusive of the Team Introduction Slide, which experts will judge(Naming convention - Team Name). The top 6 teams will be selected for the final round.
Online Case Presentation
The finalists will be invited to present their case solution online (Google Meet/Zoom) in front of a panel of industry experts and academicians in the field of Consulting.

Consulting Arcady is a Consulting Case Study Competition platform designed by Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management, Nashik under its flagship event Drishti. The pole star which is also known as the STAR of ARCADY leads people towards a purposeful direction, likewise the consultants also help companies achieve their organizational goals. So, this is a platform to derive industry-specific solutions with a mindset as mature as a consultant.
It is a platform to derive industry-specific solutions with a mindset as mature as a consultant. The participants need to use their management skills to design the approach with optimized solution plans. Consulting Arcady presents a new paradigm and a vast pool of opportunities along with current & contemporary challenges in this domain. Integration and synchronization of processes with effectiveness is the key to performing well.

General Guidelines:
- This competition is open to only full-time MBA students from B-Schools.
- Organizers reserve the right to check the validity of the registration information submitted at any point in time.
- Any deviation from the above will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team.
- There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute.
- The decision of the organizing committee will be binding in case of an issue/tie/discrepancy.
- Please refrain from mentioning the name of your Institute anywhere in your submission file. The cover slide may only contain the team’s name and the names of the team members.
Rules for Team Formation:
- Number of members in a team: 1-4
- All the members of a team should be from the same college
- Replacement of any member is not allowed after registration
- A student cannot be a part of more than one team for the same competition
