Problem Statement and Business Idea Submission
Participants need to submit a single slider PPT/PDF of their problem statement and business idea in line with these themes: Animal Care, Countering Animal Abuse, Animal Food, Animal Health, Animal Adoption, Animal Shelter.
Video Presentation Submission
Shortlisted teams will have to record a video presentation and submit it. The presentation must comprehensively explain the problem statement and the business idea. The focus should be on improvement of living conditions for animals. The business idea should be operationally sound and practical in terms of execution.

PAWS stands for People for Animal Welfare Society. Society is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for fauna. This competition tests the business quotient of new-age managers on how thoughtful they are about creating a better living environment for our furry friends.
We are looking for new ideas both with profit and non-profit motives backed up with business sense and creativity.
Round 1- Problem Statement and Business Idea Submission
- Themes: Animal Care, Countering Animal Abuse, Animal Food, Animal Health, Animal Adoption, Animal Shelter
- Naming convention: <TeamName>_Round 1
- 8 teams will be shortlisted for the second round on 31st July 2021.
Round 2- Video Presentation Submission (Submission Link: https://forms.gle/xj62vV3WGC1fFdF77)
- The shortlisted teams need to build upon their business idea and provide a comprehensive video presentation.
- The video presentation should not be of more than 5 minutes.
Rules:
- Judgment will be on the basis of novelty and viability of the business idea and how well it serves the overall theme of the competition.
- Interested candidates can participate in teams of 1-2 members.
- The registration deadline for the event is 28th July 2021.
- Only the first submissions made by teams before the deadlines will be used.
