Pre-Vista Prelims
Elimination round, wherein a presentation of maximum 10 slides (including cover slides and appendix) needs to be submitted on the platform in PPT/PDF format.
Case Presentation
Shortlisted teams will have an online session with the NGOs two days before their final presentation (tentatively on 6th August 2021). They are to use the insights from this interaction to modify their presentation. The final round will be an online case presentation as the teams battle it out to showcase their solutions to an elite panel of judges. The presentation will be for 10 minutes followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.

To enable you to give back to society, Vista 2021 in collaboration with Vikasana, brings to you Sparsh! An opportunity for you to exercise your privilege and education to help an NGO overcome its challenges. You will have the unique opportunity to personally interact with NGOs, better understand their situation and thereby customize your solutions!
Round 1- Case Submission:
- Elimination round, wherein a presentation of maximum 10 slides needs to be submitted on the platform in PPT/PDF format
- Naming Convention: <TeamName>_<CollegeName>
Round 2- Case Presentation:
- Shortlisted teams will have an online session with the NGOs two days before their final presentation (tentatively on 6th August 2021). They are to use the insights from this interaction to modify their presentation.
- The final round will be an online case presentation as the teams battle it out to showcase their solutions to an elite panel of judges. The presentation will be for 10 minutes followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
Rules:
- The case/problem statement will be released on 18th July and will be accessible only for registered participants.
- Teams must comprise of 2-4 members, all of whom must be enrolled in a graduate or a post-graduate program at the time of the submission.
- The registration deadline for this event is 6 PM, 28th July 2021.
- Each team must have a team leader.
- The students in the team must be from the same organization.
- Only the first submissions made by teams before the deadlines will be used.
- Results of Round 1 will be declared on or before 3rd August 2021, and selected teams will proceed to the finals.
The participants must carefully read through and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- The decisions of the organizers will be final and binding on all participants.
- All decisions in matters of eligibility, authenticity, and final judgments will be with the organizing committee of Vista, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
- The format and structure of events on campus could be subject to change before the actual beginning of the event.
