A case study will be provided, The case study will center on mergers and acquisitions, organizational changes, and inquiries concerning employee mapping, retention, layoffs, and cultural shifts (HR culture). Suggest rules, regulations, policies, and compensation. A PPT is to be submitted with maximum 7 slides including introduction slide and thank you slide. (Naming convention: Team name_College name).

Case Study-Presentation Round (Online)

Those who have ascended further, a virtual final round will be held. The final presentation should have maximum 7 slides including introduction slide and thank you slide . Presentation need to be under 10 minutes, followed by 3-5 mins of Q&A. The entire event will be organized either through MS Teams or Zoom . The case study will center on mergers and acquisitions, organizational changes, and inquiries concerning employee mapping, retention, layoffs, and cultural shifts (HR culture). Suggest rules, regulations, policies, and compensation.

Guidelines:

  • This competition is open to only full-time MBA students from B-schools
  • Organizers reserve the right to check the validity of the registration information submitted at any point in time
  • Any deviation from the above will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team
  • There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute
  • The decision of the Organizing Committee will be binding in case of an issue/tie/discrepancy

Rules for team formation:

  • Number of members in a team: 2-3
  • All the members of a team should be from the same college
  • Replacement of any member is not allowed after registration
  • A student cannot be a part of more than one team in the same competition
