Ikshana - A Futuristic Approach (Supply Chain and Operations Case Study): Stages and Timelines
Quiz
This is an initial screening Operations and Supply Chain Management Quiz for all the teams. The quiz would be of 30 minutes and would comprise of 30 questions pertaining to domain knowledge. The team members can collaborate and give the quiz. This is an eliminative round; only selected teams will go to the next round.
Executive Summary
A problem caselet will be given. All qualifying teams are required to submit a 3 slider presentation and provide the best possible solutions using as much info from the case. If required, make necessary assumptions and mention them. (Naming convention - Team Name)
Case Study Presentation
In the final round, the shortlisted teams would be submitting a maximum of 7 slider presentation and presenting their solutions to the panel. The final presentation would be for 10 minutes followed by Q&A for 5 minutes. The entire event would be conducted over Zoom/ MS Teams.

DRISHTI 2021- The annual college Mega fest of Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management, Nashik brings to you Ikshana, an operations case competition to test your skills in strategizing new technology, innovating current business models key with emphasizes on core operational principles. We are looking forward to new Ideas and sustainable concepts to promote long-term business improvements.
General Guidelines:
- This competition is open to only full-time MBA students from B-schools.
- Organizers reserve the right to check the validity of the registration information submitted at any point of time.
- Any deviation from the above will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team.
- There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute.
- The decision of organizing Committee will be binding in case of an issue/tie/discrepancy.
Rules for Team Formation:
- Number of members in a team: 2-3.
- All the members of a team should be from the same college.
- Replacement of any member is not allowed after registration.
A student cannot be a part of more than one team for the same competition
