Summary of Role: Transforming the design and the product vision into a working product that directly influences how users will interact with the system.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains and develops digital products, and continuously delivers product enhancements
- Creates links between micro-services and the graphical user interface
- Establishes a link between development processes and (Lead) Product Owners at an operational level
- Leads the conceptualization and design of internal software solutions
- Identifies and reduces product and delivery risks
- Works closely with other developers within chapters and with product team members, provides coaching, and highlights the latest developments while demonstrating the potential for added customer value
Eligibility:
- 4+ years’ software development experience in an agile, at-scale environment
- Good understanding of modern languages, frameworks and ecosystems (e.g., HTML5 & Single Page Applications) incl. server-rendered SPA – especially React, native development platforms (e.g., iOS, Android) and backend languages (e.g.Java, go, and functional JVM languages)
- Experience with distributed systems (e.g., micro-services, public RESTful APIs)
- Knowledge of ECMAScript 6, js & JSX, Redux, Apollo, Mocha/Chai/Sinon/Istanbul
- Basic knowledge of infrastructures and fully-automated management and operations processes
- Experience with various relational and NoSQL databases and real-time data processing
- Hands-on expert in pair programming and continuous integration
- Proven delivery of exceptional UI implementation across a vast number of devices (e.g., voice and social media), while demonstrating a strong feel for great user experience/design
- Profound knowledge of analytics, A/B testing and performance optimization
- Proven evangelist in tech communities with the ability to attract digital talent
- Several years’ experience developing and coaching other colleagues (experienced and junior)
- The Applicants with Full-Time degrees will only be eligible.
Compensation: INR 15 - INR 25 LPA*
*The compensation/offer will be based on the total years of relevant experience, Skill/Competencies, Academic background, and the current compensation structure and will be decided on a case-to-case basis.
