Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Analyse internal failures (rework, rejection, MI/FI defects) and external failures (market issues, warranty)
- Identify/execute improvement projects
- Periodic review of projects & KPIs
- Plan and Lead Quality improvement activities and Initiatives impacting ‘Build Up Quality’
- Identify and audit Critical Quality Stages
- Evaluate Process and Machine Capability
- Implement QM Matrix of CTQ Machine
Requirements:
- Graduation/Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing, and 2-3 years in an automotive firm
- Product, process & systems knowledge
- Quality Planning
- Problem-Solving
- Audit competence
- Strong interpersonal skills, Conflict resolution
- Effective communication skills, Assertiveness
- Critical thinking & intellectual capabilities to analyze problems
- Quality Ambassador
