Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Ensure 100% service level adherence to business processes
  • Increase Collection Efficiency: 0-60 days, 60-90 days
  • Enhance the Revenue enhancement -Churn Control and Upsell
  • Manage and upsell existing & new Airtel products/services to corporations through its life cycle management process through the partner team
  • Reduce suspense by efficient payment posting & virtual account management
  • Track and monitor on corporate revenue performance of different products/services
  • Drive virtualization through PFH, Self-care, and Paperless bill media

Requirements:

  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Very high Excel and financial modeling skills
  • High process orientation
  • Good communication skills

  • High negotiation skills
  • Educational Qualifications: Engineering Degree/MBA/Business Administration in Marketing/Ops

Mergers & Acquisitions:

  • In February 2021, Airtel agreed to acquire a 20% stake in Bharti Telemedia from Warburg Pincus.
  • Telenor India: In the 1st quarter of the financial year 2017-18, Airtel acquired a formal approval from Securities and Exchange Board of India for the acquisition of Telenor India, from which the telecommunication giant gained 43.4 MHz spectrum in the 1800 MHz band.
  • Tikona Digital Networks: In the 2nd quarter of the financial year 2017-18, Airtel completed the acquisition of Tikona Digital Networks Private Limited for approximately Rs. 1600 crore. This gave Airtel access to the latter’s 350 cellular sites in 5 circles.
  • Millicom International Cellular: In the 3rd quarter of the financial year 2017-18, Airtel Rwanda acquired Millicom International Cellular to combine their telecommunications operations in Ghana. This acquisition was approved by Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA) in the 4th quarter of the FY 2017-18.
