Does the analytics and decision-making behind the startups intrigue you?

Product Analytics is what is gearing the new-age startups to excel. In layman’s terms, it’s how a product manager analyses and visualizes data and takes his day-to-day decisions. Structuring the problem and applying the first principle thinking is equally important to arrive at the results. Grab a chance to learn from a person who uses product analytics and also get a flavor of what’s propelling India’s ed-tech space.

This workshop will cover the following:

  • How to develop first principle thinking
  • How to grow as a PM in your organization
  • How to do experiments at scale
  • How to leverage data as a PM
  • Examples from Indian ed-tech space

Date of workshop: 6th August

Time of workshop: 7:00 PM

About the Facilitator:

Mr. Shravan is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee and has more than six years of Product Management Experience.  He has worked across diverse industries in the startup ecosystem i.e Flipkart, Blackbuck, Times Group, Edureka, and Now BYJUs for driving growth and product adoption across diverse verticals. A passionate first principle thinker, Shravan believes in the concept of collective conscience - which means if you contribute back to the ecosystem and help it grow, the ecosystem contributes back and helps you grow as a network effect. He helps startups grow & build user-centric products with immense adoption, drive GTM, and mentors product enthusiasts on learning the fundamentals of product mindset/growth mindset i.e., the first principle thinking, user empathy, business models, etc

Currently, Shravan is a principal product manager at BYJU'S where he focuses on making learning fun for kids by building personalized & engaging products for kids. He is also a Product Mentor at the BigShyft and UpGrad Platform & also a mentor/founder at “The product tree” ( a network of a total of 13,000 PM enthusiasts on slack and LinkedIn). In his free time, Shravan blogs on value creation, GTM, and the evolution of consumer-facing products. He is also an avid reader of books especially on Psychology, Growth Mindset, and Scaling startups
