About the Facilitator:

Vishnu Giri is a Partner with PwC India’s valuation practice. Vishnu, who has around 15 years of core valuation experience, leads the practice from the Bangalore office. Vishnu has performed numerous valuations in diverse sectors such as IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Automotive, Real estate, Pharmaceuticals, and Life sciences, Healthcare, Retail, Infrastructure, Financial Services, etc. He has also successfully completed the Registered Valuer course and exam for both Securities and Plant & Machinery asset categories. He is a regular speaker at industry fora and also conducts client workshops on various valuation topics. He has also authored a thought paper on equity risk premium in India, which has been published on the PwC India website.

Ajay is Associate Director at PwC. He has over 11 years of experience in valuations across diverse industries. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and has worked across sectors including auto ancillary, engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, information technology, and consumer market. He has extensive experience in equity valuation of businesses and has advised a wide range of clients on merger swap ratio, joint venture, valuation advice to the board for acquisitions, valuation for group consolidation, regulatory valuation, and portfolio valuation.
